Unchanged: The R40 is still not available for trucks travelling from Mica to Phalaborwa. They can take a detour via Gravelotte and then follow the R71 to Phalaborwa.

Available in 50 kg bags:
Loading will only take place if loads have been scheduled (see attached trailer instructions).

Do not send your truck until you have received confirmation from Kalkor that your 50 kg bag order is ready for collection.

Minimum Orders:
From time to time, we receive orders of less than 34 tons.
Please note that the minimum order is 5 tons (bulk/bags). The full order must be loaded at one time.

Trucks Loading Bag Orders:
Must be on site by 07:00 on the day of their scheduled booking.

Please note that we rely on casual labourers to assist with loading the bags. If trucks fail to arrive at the scheduled booking time or cancel on the day, the casual labourers still need to be paid.

If the booking is not honoured at the scheduled time, or if a booking is not cancelled at least 1 day before the scheduled booking, a cancellation fee of R2 500.00 per load will be charged.

Loading Numbers:
Please ensure that truck drivers have the loading number available when they arrive on site and that they have the correct loading number.

Recently, too many drivers have been arriving without a loading number, or with the incorrect number, which creates unnecessary work when trying to determine the correct customer for the load.
