Pay Weekend Notice: Please note that no allocations will be issued for Friday. Trucks arriving late on Thursday will be loaded on Friday morning before the pay weekend begins at 11:00. The last truck must leave the site by 11:00 on Friday morning.
No trucks arriving on Friday will be accepted for loading. If any trucks arriving on Friday are loaded, this will be entirely at the discretion of the OMV site supervisor.

Please comply with the specified requirements for trucks and drivers:
• Closed safety shoes
• Long trousers
• Reflective vests worn over shirts
• Please ensure that your trucks are fitted with the correct walkways to allow the load to be safely covered with tarpaulins. No truck may leave the site without the product being covered with a tarpaulin.

Please refer to the attached checklist.
Please send this checklist to all your transport contractors as well as customers using their own transport.
They must ensure that their trucks comply with all requirements.
No truck will be permitted to enter the site if the requirements are not met.

Bulk Orders:

1. Standard orders are 34 tons per load. FEL operators load according to this standard, as closely as possible.
2. If a customer orders a tonnage of less than 34 tons, for example 25 or 30 tons, the driver must provide not only the loading number but also the total tonnage ordered for loading.
   Weighbridge operators must also ensure that they check the total tonnage allocated to the order.
3. TRUCKS CAPABLE OF WEIGHING MORE THAN 37 TONS, PLEASE NOTE: The weighbridge is calibrated NOT to load more than a maximum of 36 tons. The weighbridge will not provide a final weight if the total exceeds the permitted specifications.

Bag Orders:

Please arrive early in the morning (07h00) to load bagged orders! Loading is done by hand, so it is very time-consuming!!!

1. The bag coordinator will continually update the loading schedule via the WhatsApp group regarding order readiness for agents.
2. Trucks must arrive punctually according to the loading schedule. Only flatbed trailers, bucket trailers and tautliner trailers are permitted.
3. If you miss your time slot, loading will be moved to the next available date, which may not necessarily be the following day.
4. Trucks loading during the first time slot must be on site by 07:00, and trucks in the second time slot must be on site by 12:00.
5. If your truck cannot make the scheduled time, please notify your agent well in advance, not 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
6. Secure overnight parking is available on the premises.
