Note: The product may form lumps because it is microfine. When it becomes wet, it softens and becomes fine again.
To prevent future disappointment, please be aware of the following requirements:
- Drivers must ensure that their truck bodies are clean and free from any debris before entering the site for loading.
- Regardless of the size of the order, only side-tipper trucks are permitted on site for loading.
- Comply with the prescribed requirements for trucks and drivers.
- Daily safety inductions are compulsory.
- Walkways and tarpaulins: Please ensure that your trucks are fitted with proper walkways so that the load can be safely covered with tarpaulins.
- Product spillage: When trucks are parked outside the mine after loading, please ensure that no product is spilled while covering the load with tarpaulins.
- Ensure that your trucks are regularly maintained and serviced. This helps prevent situations where you arrive at the site but are not permitted to load because your truck(s) have one or more of the following defects:
ONLY side-tipper trucks will be permitted to load.
Flatbed trucks and bucket trailers will not be permitted to load.
Your cooperation in this regard will help ensure a smooth and trouble-free loading process. If any changes occur during the day, you will be informed accordingly.
PLEASE ALWAYS CONFIRM LOADING TIMES WITH THE OFFICE, ESPECIALLY DURING PEAK SEASON, ON FRIDAYS AND AT MONTH-END. THESE TIMES ARE ONLY AN INDICATION OF THE NORMAL HOURS DURING WHICH THE SOURCES USUALLY LOAD, BUT THEY MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO UPDATE OUR WEBSITE EVERY DAY.
The loading of products at all sources is subject to strict rules and regulations. If you do not comply with these requirements, you will not be permitted to load. Safety is of the utmost importance. If you are unsure, please contact our office to confirm.

- Safety shoes
- Earmuffs / earplugs
- Protective clothing
- Dust mask
