Please Note:
For the 1 ton bulk bags, there is 1 ton per pallet.
For the 50 kg bags, there will be 2 tons per pallet.
A pallet deposit is required. You will pay a specified amount per pallet, and once the pallets are returned to the mine, approximately 80% will be refunded depending on the condition of the returned pallets.
Only tipper trucks are permitted to load bulk products – the source uses front-end loaders to load the trucks.
PLEASE ALWAYS CONFIRM LOADING TIMES WITH THE OFFICE, ESPECIALLY DURING PEAK SEASON, ON FRIDAYS AND AT MONTH-END. THESE TIMES ARE ONLY AN INDICATION OF THE NORMAL HOURS DURING WHICH THE SOURCES USUALLY LOAD, BUT THEY MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO UPDATE OUR WEBSITE EVERY DAY.
The loading of products at all sources is subject to strict rules and regulations. If you do not comply with these requirements, you will not be permitted to load. Safety is of the utmost importance. If you are unsure, please contact our office to confirm.
